PAPER SUBMISSION

PRESENTATION: Papers in poster and oral sessions are of equal quality and prestige. For papers in poster sessions, authors have have a 4x8 poster board to showcase their works in a highly interactive format. For papers in an oral session, authors will have 15-18 minutes including time for questions and answers for your presentation. Each oral session room will have an LCD projector, overhead projector, screen, lavaliere microphone, and laser pointer. You need to bring your own laptop to use with the LCD.

CAMERA-READY SUBMISSION: UPDATE: Please prepare your Camera-ready version by 3rd of October. There is NO difference between "regular" and "poster" papers (proceedings, Xplore, indexing). The only difference is the presentation on-site. Please note that we negotiated one extra page for the camera-ready version at no extra costs (6 pages in total). Detailed instructions how to upload your paper can be found here and this is the address of Conference eXpress. The conference id is "glow08"

Submitted papers must represent original material that is not currently under review in any other conference or journal, and has not been previously published. Paper length should not exceed five-page technical paper manuscript. Please see the Author Information page for submission guidelines in the IEEE GLOBECOM 2008 website www.comsoc.org/confs/globecom/2008/index.html. The paper should be used as the basis for a 20-30 minute workshop presentation. Papers should be submitted in a .pdf or .ps format by selecting Globecom 2008 at the EDAS paper submission website EDAS and then selecting the workshop submission link.

All submitted papers will be reviewed by up to three experts and if accepted, published in the conference proceedings, which will be available at IEEEeXplore and registered in Engineering Index (EI).

At least one author of accepted papers is required to register at the full registration rate.
